• I can't remember my password - or my password doesn't work

If you can't remember your password, email us at mail@instantquizzes.co.uk
If your password doesn't work - you may have set your PC to "Remember Passwords" - try deleting any prefilled passwords then type in your password in the blank box. Still doesn't work? Then email us as above

Pub Quiz Questions - Our second website created as a backup of Instant Quizzes - this has the same content as this website but if ordering here you will need to create another account just for the Pub Quiz Questions website.

• I haven't got my quiz - I only ordered quizzes
  

Our quizzes are instantly available once you've paid. After payment has been taken, you'll be taken to a page where you can download your quizzes by clicking a link. If you miss this, check your emails for our mailed receipt that also has links to your quizzes. Not got the email? Check your spam or junk mail folder.

Expecting them by post? The system refers to a "delivery address" and "shipping details" but this is required even for instant download quizzes - it fills to credit card payment details.

Did you order from the Quizzes Sent By Post section? If not then your quizzes are instantly downloadable only and you need to login to your account to download them - see the next question down.

Not sure? Login to your account and click View Order Status. If the order is marked as "Completed" and there are links to download the files, then you need to download them as that is what you have paid for.

If you've paid for downloadable quizzes but now want them posted, please call us during office hours on 01785 214529 so we can take manual payment - you will need to ring between 9.30am and 3 p.m. to catch the same day's post.

 

•  I can't download from the email and download link

Not got the email or has your email browser broken the link?

Go to our homepage - www.instantquizzes.co.uk
At the top right - if Sign In is there, then click that link and sign in to your account. If it says Sign Out, you are already signed in - in this case click My Account
Click Completed Orders
Find the quiz you need to download and Download Files
Click the file name and it will open on your screen
Print immediately or ideally - Save to your hard drive so you can download later

 

• I haven't got my quiz - I ordered downloadable quizzes and a postal quiz, scratchcards or pre-paid quizzes

If you order a mix of things to be sent by post and downloadable quizzes, then your download isn't available until we have processed the postal part of your order.

This means that if ordering a mix of delivery methods on the same order, you will need to wait Monday/Friday during office hours until we mark the non-downloadable part of your order as despatched. You'll then receive an email to say that your order is on its way and you can login to your account and View the quizzes that can be immediately downloaded - see below in the "I haven't got the email" section for full details.

If you need your downloadable quizzes immediately, the easiest way, especially out of hours, is to order the same quizzes again - but just the downloadable quizzes. You can then download instantly in the normal manner. Then email us the details and whether you require a refund or a store credit to the value. We'll process this request asap.

For future reference try not to mix downloadable quizzes and pre-paid or postal orders on the same order - better to place two separate orders.

 

• I can't view the quiz - it won't open

Clicking the links either doesn't open the file or it comes up with numbers?

All of our quizzes are in PDF format - to open them you'll need a PDF reader.
We suggest Adobe Reader - it's free
Download here - Install the program - then try opening the file after saving to your hard drive first

• I want my quiz to be sent by post

To order your quiz to be sent by post - please click here or you can call us Monday to Friday 930am to 430pm to place an order by phone. Postal orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail (UK Only) on the day they are received. We send 15 colour copies of picture quizzes and 15 self carbonated answer sheets where applicable with all postal packs. See the web page for details.

If you've paid for downloadable quizzes but now want them posted, please call us during office hours on 01785 214529 so we can take manual payment - you will need to ring between 9.30am and 3 p.m. to catch the same day's post.

• I need my quiz to be sent by post - but need it tomorrow!

Ccall us on 01785 214529 before 3p.m. Monday to Friday.

On top of standard postal charges, there will be an additional charge of £5 for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 1p.m. - £10 if you need it on Saturday.

Next Day Delivery MUST be signed for.

• "There was a problem" after I paid

You paid and got an error message or your quizzes haven't appeared despite you having paid or you thinking you paid. Call us on 01785 214529 during office hours or email us with full details - mail@instantquizzes.co.uk - we can look at the payment system and fix the problem.

• I have no printer on this PC

You can either

1) Save the file to your hard drive then email it to another address
2) Login to your account as per instructions above and download the quiz at another PC
3) Save the file to a USB stick/CD etc. and take to a printer
4) Follow the instruction above to order by post - if you ordered download but now want it to be sent by post - please call us during office hours 01785 214529 so we can take manual payment. 

• My download link has expired

Download links are valid for 28 days and quizzes can only be used in one venue on one date. If your link has expired, you will need to reorder the quiz in order to relicense it - it pays to save to your hard drive ;-) 

• I want to use the quiz more than once

To relicence the quiz, please reorder again for each venue or occasion you wish to use it.  

• I bought the same quiz previously...

You can login to your account at any time to see your previous orders - see details above. If you purchase the same quiz twice within a 28 day period in error, please email us the details. We will then credit your account with the overpayment. Therefore if you do have a problem out of hours, just order another quiz, and we will always credit your account or refund you when the office reopens - just email us details.

 

• I would like a weekly quiz to be sent to me - ordering myself is a pain

Pre-pay for your quizzes and take advantage of big discounts for pre-paid orders of 5 weeks or more.

Click the pre-paid quiz link in the appropriate section - we will email or post them to you weekly - or call us on 01785 214529 to make a regular order

We will ensure you are not sent any duplicate quizzes

• I would like to be invoiced for my quizzes

Unfortunately we do not invoice individual pubs, clubs, quizmasters etc. for quizzes and they need to be paid for by debit or credit card instantly online. We also accept cheque payment - contact us for details

• I have a number of pubs who require a weekly quiz

We supply a large number of brewery chains across the UK with their weekly quiz

• I need a copy of my VAT invoice/receipt

Your invoice is sent as an email as soon as your order has been paid for - not got the email? Then check your spam or junk mail folder.
