On this site, you should be easily able to find what you require.
If you can't, search for it at the top right of the screen.

• Add the products you require to Cart then when you are ready to pay click Checkout at the top right of the screen

• If you have never ordered on this site before, you will need to register your details.

• Once registered you can now login - if a returning customer, login with your email and password - if you can't remember your password then click forgot password to have it e-mailed to you

• The system remembers your address - click Bill to this address

• Tick the box to Agree to Terms and Conditions

• Proceed to payment

• You're now on the secure SagePay site - select the card you wish to pay with or use Paypal.

• Enter Card/Paypal detail and Proceed

• You may need to add your bank validation password now

• If you have only ordered instantly available products, you will now be taken to the download page - click Download to open your quiz

• If you have ordered products to be posted - we will email you when they have been shipped

• If you have ordered a mix of products to be posted and instantly available products, your download items will be available when we have shipped the postal products. When you receive your shipping notice email - login to your account - using the My Account button at the top of our web pages. View recent orders and you can now download your products.

• You can login to your account at any time within 7 days to download your quizzes again or download and save your invoice.

 

Discounts for Regular Customers

The system has been set up to provide a discount on every order for regular customers once you have placed the following number of orders;

• 5 Orders - 5% off every order
• 10 Orders - 10% off every order
• 15 Orders - 15% off every order
• 25 Orders - 20% off every order

This should happen every time you place an order - but for some untraceable reason, sometimes it doesn't work. We have tried to fix this as have our web developers but cannot find a reason for the error - as a result, we accept no liability for this so please see the discount system as a random discount generator - sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't - don't bank on it!

Otherwise we will be manually adding discount credits to accounts all day - the additional costs would mean it's probably better to then scrap the system - thanks for your understanding on this!

Returns Policy

We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction - should any quiz include an error, we always offer a full refund or a replacement quiz.

We endeavour to deal with all complaints within 5 working days.

Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing same. Your right to cancel starts when the contract is entered into, and ends 7 working days from the "day after" the day that the goods are received. Provided the quizzes we send are returned to us unopened, all monies will be returned.


In the first instance, please contact cancel@instantquizzes.co.uk or call 01785 214529. Monies will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.

Your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations applies only to orders placed to be fulfilled by post. Under the Regulations, information that is received immediately (and the benefit had immediately), is regarded as being "opened" at this point. As such, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore all orders placed  to be fulfilled by e-mail are exempt from these regulations.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Terms and Conditions of Sale

All quizzes sold on this website are for the use of the purchaser or their representative only in one venue and on one given date. The date and venue of the quiz must be disclosed to Instant Quizzes Ltd. if so requested and agreed by them prior to use of the questions. Should you wish to use the questions on more than one occasion or in more than one venue on a given evening, please contact us.

Questions and picture quizzes sold on this website are not to be resold in full as a package, in part or published commercially without prior written agreement from Instant Quizzes Ltd. and payment of an appropriate commercial rate.

To the best of our knowledge at the time of sale, all quiz questions in our database are correct. Should any errors be reported to us, we will immediately rectify the problem and will refund the proportionate cost of the question. With over 125,000 questions in our database, from time to time facts may change - and although most of our questions are written in a timeless manner, there may be occasions where records are broken or following reclassification facts change over the years thus resulting in "errors" - an example being the reclassification of the planet Pluto which immediately made all quiz questions about smallest planet, most distant planet and number of planets in our solar system defunct.

Our quiz questions are therefore sold as seen - and NO LIABILITY is accepted by Instant Quizzes for any loss or damage incurred by the end user as a result of their use. Should you offer a prize of any great note we suggest that you independently check and verify all questions before use.

If required we will be willing to accept full liability for questions sold - but this will impact on price and delivery. We will require full terms of your required liability prior to agreement on price and time to check any questions we may sell to you in advance of delivery.

 Ordering

You have full access to your order history from your customer account. It is your responsibility to ensure no duplication of past orders - if you do duplicate a previously purchased quiz in error, please contact us. Although under the terms of your download license, we have no obligation to, we will replace your quiz for an alternative of your choice - within office hours.

Instant Quizzes Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw your right to the questions at any time on receipt of a full refund.

Multiple Choice Databases

Questions sold from our Multiple Choice Quiz Database section may be used in any way that you require provided that the database is not resold in whole or in part and if resold is done so as part of a package that securely protects the whole database. Prior to use, Instant Quizzes may require details of where the database is to be used and your rights to use same are reserved until that information has been forwarded and use agreed to.

Shipping

All quizzes are automatically available from your receipt unless post selected as the checkout shipping option. Scratchcards and Smell Quizzes will be sent separately.

These products are normally despatched same working day as the order is received.

All picture quizzes and teaser rounds when ordered by post are sent with 15 colour copies.
